A Luxury Guest house Accommodation In Devon At Berry Mill House we offer a luxury guesthouse with rooms which have a distinct character and there are 3 rooms in total. Two of the rooms have comfortable king size beds, and both are ensuite. The third is a twin bedroom and is also ensuite. All of our rooms have a wealth of thoughtful extras such as TV, with Freeview, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, generous beverage making facilities and courtesy products are included. Soft bath sheets, hand towels and flannels are supplied together with complimentary soaps, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and moisturising cream. We offer a Full Breakfast Menu and Evening Meals are available by prior arrangement. Berry Mill House is a Non-Smoking establishment. Berry Mill House offers the following rooms and facilities for the exclusive use of our guests: a TV Lounge, Reading Room and a Licensed Dining Room.  Secluded and Convenient Berry Mill House is located in a very private location off Mill Lane. It is a secluded location which allows our guests to enjoy the pleasures of our grounds, or take a drink on our terrace overlooking our wooded location. The great virtue of our location is that you are a walk away from the award winning village of Berrynarbor and a drive away from the coastal attractions of the north Devon coast, including Ilfracombe, Combe Martin, Lynton & Lynmouth, Croyde Bay and Woollacombe.
