Directions from M5:
M5. Junction 27. Take A361 to Barnstaple. AT South Molton at roundabout take A399 to Combe Martin. Through Combe Martin. Up hill. Over hill, at bottom you will see Sawmill Inn on your right. Take left road signed “Berrynarbor”. Berry Mill Guest House is 1/4 mile on left.
